I received a wonderful commission project to paint two watercolor portraits of a house. The paintings were done from photos both recent and from the 1960's. The finished project was framed and given to the home owner who is in the process of selling their home after 50 years. Below are the finished paintings, pencil sketches competed for approval prior to painting and the original photos.
